We collect your Name, Username, and Email when you create an account via our secure authentication providers (**Clerk** for PV and **Supabase** for PO).
We collect Purchase Order history (for PO) and Payment Voucher history (for PV) solely for app functionality and audit purposes within your organization.
We collect basic crash logs and app performance data to improve the application and ensure stability.
How We Use Your Data
- App Functionality: To verify your identity, allow you to issue/approve vouchers or purchase orders, and track system records.
- Security & Compliance: To ensure that internal business processes are followed and for customer support.
Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third-party advertisers or trackers. Data is only handled by our secure cloud providers (Clerk and Supabase) to manage authentication and system stability.
Data Retention & Deletion
