Account Deletion Request
To request deletion of your account and associated data for either Ravindrra PV (Payment Voucher) or Ravindrra PO (Purchase Order), please follow the instructions below.
01 How to Request Deletion
Users can request account deletion for any Ravindrra Group app by contacting our support team via email.
Support Email
support@ravindrra.inPlease include the following details in your email:
- Application Name: Specify if it is for PV or PO.
- Your Username: The username used to log in.
Processing Time
All requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your account and history have been removed.
Data Deleted
- Account login credentials
- Application history & records
- Associated user profile data
Data Retention Policy
Some data may be retained temporarily for audit, legal, or compliance purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
